2. Who does Joey have to confide in? How does this affect his emotional well being?

Joey and his Grandma are alike because when his mom was gone they both wanted her to come back.Also they both hurt someone Joey accidentally hurt himself by putting his finger in the pencil sharpener and his grandma hurt Joey's feelings when she treated him like a dog.

i think Joey and his grandma are alike because they both are wild and crazy and in the beginning they both didnt like the moms new rules and they both wanted their mom to come back.
at first i thought that Joeys mom was a witch, but as i read more in the book i figure out that it would be pretty tough to raise a kid with realy bad a.d.d. i thought it was so nice of his mom to get him a dog because i think that will help him become more controllable of his actions.

Joey needs to confide in his mom. This helps him so then his mom can help him with the problems he is having.
Joey's grandmother is like Joey because Joey was born wired and his grandmother was too.
He have to confide his mom so he can help him self.

I disagree with you about the name being cool. I think Joey should have named his dog better.
